Our three flagship craft spirits, each made in Vermont. American Dry Gin, Vermont Classic Gin and Burning Embers, our vodka mixed with Shelburne Vineyard Petite Pearl red wine.

Stop in our Tasting Room at 26 Sage Ct, Shelburne, VT.  We have a 2 year aged bourbon and a Blood Orange Gin for tastings and purchase as well.  Stay tuned for new releases...

American Dry Gin, our hand-crafted gin flavored with juniper, coriander, lemon peel and cranberry.

American Dry Gin

Wild Hart American Dry Gin brings together the classic botanicals with the non-traditional. The distillation technique used produces an aromatic and citrusy gin bold enough for a gin and tonic, yet balanced enough to be enjoyed in a martini.
Our seasonal spirit, Burning Embers, is our vodka mixed with Shelburne Vineyards Petite Pearl wine.

Burning Embers

This festive spirit, is a contemporary take on a traditional Swedish beverage. Enjoy after a ski, snow shoe, or winter's walk.
Available for Special order through the VT state liquor control.
Vermont Classic Gin, formerly known as Sugarfoot, is our craft gin mixed with lime-leaf infused pure Vermont maple syrup.

Vermont Classic Gin

​Wild Hart and Runamok Maple crafted this bright and floral tasting spirit with a touch of Runamok's Makrut Lime-Leaf Maple Syrup. Runamok Maple, located in northern Vermont, spans 1,350 acres. They tap 81,000 trees bringing you one of Mother Nature's most exquisite pleasures: pure maple syrup.
